Who I Am

My name is Krista Vining-Means, and I am the heart behind Vining Tree Education Services. I bring over two decades of experience in educations as a teacher, administrator, advocate, and now, a grandmother raising two incredible granddaughters.

I understand firsthand the joys and challenges families face when trying to make the best decisions for their children's education. Whether your child is thriving in a traditional school setting, navigating the unique path of homeschooling, or somewhere in between, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

I founded Vining Tree with a belief that every child deserves an educational experience that is personalized, supported, and grounded in strong relationships. My services range from home school guidance and tutoring support to student advocacy and educational planning with a commitment to meeting families where they are and helping then grow from there.

The name Vining Tree reflects my philosophy: children, like trees, need strong roots and the freedom to grow in the direction that's right for them. I bring empathy, experience, and a whole-family approach to every partnership because I know the journey is personal, and no two paths are the same.
